SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on vesu.com.au and shipped within Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Options and Cost

Australia

  • Standard (Free Tracked Shipping): approximately 6 to 10 business days
  • Priority (Paid): approximately 5 to 8 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard (Free Tracked Shipping): approximately 6 to 10 business days
  • Priority (Paid): approximately 5 to 8 business days

The cost of Priority shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, will also be shown at checkout.

The delivery estimates above are total times from order placement to delivery and already include our standard processing window. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us as soon as possible at support@vesu.com.au. We can usually update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed or shipped. VESU is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@vesu.com.au and include your order number. We will help investigate the issue with the carrier and work toward a suitable resolution.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For orders shipped within Australia and New Zealand, there are no additional customs duties payable by you at delivery. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
